Conference InformationInformation for TalksInvited talks are 30 minutes long including questions. Contributed talks are 20 minutes long including questions. Information for PostersThe poster boards will accommodate an A0-size portrait poster (118.9 cm high and 84.1 cm wide/46.8 by 33.1 inches). Material for mounting your poster to the boards will be available on-site. Registration FeesThe registration fees are fixed to 110 euros + 40 euros for gala diner (early bird until 08/01) then 150 euros + 40 euros for gala diner. It includes conference attendence and lunches from October 21th to October 23th. Conference registration will be possible on a first come first serve basis. However, priority will be given to individual who submitted an invited session or a contributing abstract.
After pre-registration, you will receive an email within 2-3 days acknowledging that you can proceed with registration and proceed to the payment of conference fee. Once you have done the online payment step (credit card only), within 7-10 days, you will receive an acknowledgement of registration including a receipt of payment

Of note, there may be hotels closer to the conference venue and/or cheaper. The immediate neighbourhood of the conference venue is not he most vibrant of Paris ; to get more a taste of Paris, we recommend to book hotels in "Montmartre" or "The Batignolles", which are both neightborhood located within 20 minutes walk from the venue. The gala diner will take place in restaurant Vatel, 122 rue Nollet 75017 Paris in the Batignolles, and you can find many other hotels nearby. The gala diner venue is 25 min away by foot from the conference venue.
